Candlewood Homes has been building fine homes in the Houston area since 1995.
Our goal has not been to become the largest builder but instead to be the builder that offers the greatest value.
We strive every day to meet this goal through low overhead production and by minimizing marketing and
advertising costs. We pass these savings directly to our customers. We are aware that today's informed buyer recognizes value and quality when they see it.
While we closely monitor our marketing and construction costs, we do not skimp or save when it comes to our
quality of construction on our commitment to exceptional service. Company founder Gregg Lawler closely
monitors every phase of construction to assure that attention is paid to every detail.
During our through planning and design processes, we take the extra steps to include important features such
as open bright kitchens and baths. We work hard to include important features like these because we know what it takes to meet the demands of today's sophisticated homebuyer.
